I have spent a week trying to get in touch with someone at EA and the customer service doesnt give me an option to do live chat. I was banned for 72 hours until last Friday and now I cant log on to World of CHEL! It kicks me back to the main XBOX screen. Can someone please help me!

Thank you much appreciated. I don’t know if there’s a way they can refresh my EA ACCOUNT or something I just don’t get why it only happens to those that had it happen after a ban
Community ManagerIt's an odd issue for sure. I don't think we can really do an account refresh. We need to find out what is causing this and properly get it addressed.
