This doesn't look like it's related to the puck control slider. Did you try what I suggested?

Did you test it as I suggested? Have you tried another controller as well? It looks like passing is being automatically activated which means there's a problem with the controller or the button for passing is being held down.

this what happened to my game when i start playing now with toronto against other team then my puck control was not working good this is my issue in the game

He’s not hitting pass I’m not hitting pass either and I’m having the same problem. You didn’t tell him anything for help. I spent a lot of money on this game and I can’t play it because I can’t get the damn puck and nobody will help me

You just have to skate into the puck. If you're instantly passing, most likely, there's an issue with your controller. A good way to test this would be to try using a different controller to see if it still happens. Which control scheme are you using? If you're using Skill Stick or Total Control, try switching to Hybrid as a test. Hybrid using the A/X button to pass. So, if it's an issue with RT/R2, it shouldn't be present in the Hybrid controls. 

No, I’m not hitting pass right away. My controller is fine. If all you’re gonna do is tell people to check their controllers because you don’t even know what to do. That’s one thing but don’t make it out like we’re stupid. I’m not hitting pass I can’t even get the damn pocket to pass it.

It's very rare we get this report and it's always been a controller issue in the past. Can you please try what I suggested? It would also be good to get a video of what's happening. You can put that up on a service like YouTube and link it in a response.

As someone else suggested, did you check the puck control slider? That would only apply to offline modes outside of HUT though.

Try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 24. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System. Locate NHL 24 and delete the saved data.

In the past, this has been a controller issue. I really don't know what else to tell you because we haven't been able to reproduce it. It's very rare we get these reports. If it were a widespread issue caused by the game, we'd have a lot more reports of it.

For the fourth time it is not a controller issue. Like I said, this has been a complete waste of time.
