Ai is ridiculously aggressive borderline unplayable

Franchise mode AI opponent is absolutely insane and unplayable, completely agressive 50, 60 hits a game and that's with me doing everything I can to make them not hit me. As soon as my player touches the puck he's getting demolished. It's to the point now the opponent Ai is sticking to my puckholder and I can't get away. Every hit lands no matter the positioning, they are way to fast even the slow players with slow skating "stats". Computer AI always knows which way I'm gonna move it's absolutely insane and almost unplayable. It's not hockey, it's more like run for your life  and hope to god you can find a opening to shoot. Keep in mind this is with Ai cpu aggression slider turned down to zero lol can anyone at EA make any sense of that?? This needs to he fixed your ruining my experience.
