Hey there! I wanted to see if the Xbox playtest codes have been fixed or if there is any update on when they will be able to be redeemed? I tried this morning and still no luck I was gonna try closer to 1pm est! If you have any updates please let me know! I’m excited to see how it looks and plays and what potential presentation stuff I might find! Thank you

I have two accounts that emails match to the ea account and Xbox account that got accepted to this playtest, and neither of the codes work for both of the accounts. Them saying they have to match is not the problem and they don’t care enough to look into it
Community ManagerWe absolutely care. We wanted you all in the playtest. A huge amount of work went into this, but obviously, many of you aren't able to redeem your codes. Unfortunately, it's not something we're able to get fixed in time for this playtest. We'll have to wait to get you all in the next one in late July.
Community ManagerIt's not a lie. The only reason we're aware of that is causing this is mismatched emails. It's always possible there's something else blocking this that we're not aware of.
When we resolved the initial issue with matching emails, we got a lot of responses saying they could not redeem the code. We also got responses from people saying they thought their emails matched, but after looking into it, they noticed they didn't. Regardless, we should have this taken care of for the next test.
yes which, unfortunately, doesn't work for a lot of us. I know I'm not the only one who will likely be unable to participate in the one in july
triple checked emails both match, code docent work. have gotten codes in past that worked so ya lol
