Bug fix passing and crashing

Hey EA, did not know there was a huge bug last night. Dad player only get to make champs runs on Friday and Saturday nights to get 10 champs wins. Passing not working is one issue but game still did crash as what i read later is a reverse crash. Sort of a waste of rewards, wins and rivals champs points. What is ETA on resolution and resolution for player base unable to recoup items used or wasted this weekend with your unannounced issue

side suggestion why can we EA not announce a message on game or insta account to notify the community of issues your team is aware of with updates to resolution. EA as a whole for nhl 25 has been very elusive more then past releases. Very concerned as nothing has been stated on resolution to these glaring issues just hold and wait we will get to it. Sort of feels your team is out of touch with the loyal community that supports your salary. Please get us back to a functioning game at a minimum as it was prior to your patch. Im not a programmer but this seems crazy this is not easy fix
