I was wondering if anyone has had this problem and if they did what can I do to fix it ??here’s what is happening when I go to try and get into HUT it shows that it trying to download the rosters in the upper right corner but after maybe 15 seconds I get a message on the screen “ Download has failed please try again and under that it says download has failed please check connections and try again. I have checked my connection and everything is good I even tried to manually down load the latest roster from the vault and even another creators roster and nothing works. Please if anyone has a solution that would be great. It eventually allows me on after a couple of hours. I am able to get onto madden MUT and college football CUT without any problem.

I'm not seeing other reports of this. I was also able to download the roster now. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
