Delete club in 25?

Hi, trying to get a workaround to get our 25 club into 26. my old ea account is the creator of our club in 25 but I cannot access that account anymore. My teammate is also a GM on 25, can he disband the club somehow? We want to use our name in 26 but can’t transfer it because I was the original creator on my old EA account that I can no longer access.
