I have had experiences where we keep going past the expected time it takes to find a game. Trying to either reset the search or letting it ride to 5 min hasn’t done much. Which is why I thought about a PvE mode for WoC, to at least get some games.

Community ManagerIf the search reaches 2 minutes, cancel it and start again. I don't know if it helps or not, but in the uncommon instances that happens, canceling the search and starting it over has always gotten a match pretty quickly.
