Elite Club Champions

After the recent update and enter WOC I received the notification that the season and was and should be getting our club rewards for winning club finals. However after checking there are no bags and we received the wrong banners and logo. Instead of receiving the Championship banners and logo like in NHL 24 we only received the Finalist and participant banner/logo. 

On a side note the presentation for winning Club Finals never played after winning. The other team stayed in the final game and was not due to a quit out. It stayed this way the entire run as we never saw the handshake line or the winning celebration.

I attached an example of what we received in NHL 25 and compared to what was received in NHL 24 when winning club finals.

    Hi there. The bags are only received by the 1st place team. Winning the cup should get you the banners and logo though. I'll look into your issue with the banner/logo. Thank you.

      Thank you very much! I don’t know if I was misinterpreted or you don’t have all the information, but it’s not that our club didn’t receive banners/logos it’s just the wrong ones. As I assumed it would work the same as 24 where winning would get you the championship banner/logo. 

      In relation to not receiving bags is that new change or visual bug, because why would the game display receiving bags for club finals placements if only 1 team can earn it? I don’t know what was intentional and accidental in Club Finals from 24 to 25 but in Club Finals in 24 even if our club didn’t win the cup we would still receive bags. 

      I’d be happy to explain the problem more if need be and give any information needed. Thank you for the reply I know you can’t always give the direct answer but it’s good to know someone is listening.
