Elite cup champions

my club won the elite cup in season 1 but all we got was the elite cup finalist logo and banner. also the bags we got for winning aren’t showing up in club rewards.

I don’t know if this could affect it but the cup winning game ended with the other team leaving so we couldn’t see the cup presentation
