Fix Rankings
Why am I being put against elites, and diamonds, when me and my bud a gold 2 and plat 3. It makes no sense. If your rankings don't work then remove them. I am tired of being put against the sweatiest...

Community ManagerRank isn't considered with matchmaking. This would shrink the available player pool drastically and increase wait times for matchmaking.
Division isn't considered either, apparently. Our div10 team gets matched with div1 teams, nightly. The skill gap in this game is brutal.

Correct. Rank/division aren't part of the search parameters.
Are you allowed to share what is included? is it RP? I always assumed it was because I could reach Elite 1 but then lose 5-6k worth of RP which would then have me matching against lower "Rank".

Matchmaking is based on your location and ping.
