Hut moments bug?

Supernatural hut moments never gave me the supernatural tokens and I completed the moments objective, closed and restarted the Xbox and game on series x. Still nothing in my in box, or pack opening box. It was Al Macinnis 4 and supernatural - week 1 moments. Can someone at EA help!

    am I the only one who plays against people in lower divisions and only wins 1-2 points if it is not 0 during a victory (I am in division 4 soon to be 3 and I play against division 6)
