So today is the first time this has happened, but the screen is showing a replay and the only thing you can see is the ice flying up where their skates should be.
Is anyone else getting this?

Community ManagerThank you. I've got this reported to the team for review. Have you tried hard restarting your console? To do that, hold down the power button on your console for about 10 seconds. Then, turn it back on. You should see the Xbox logo when restarting if it's been hard restarted.
I have had the entire unit turned off for extended times while I did yard work, slept, etc. it has been off for more than an hour several times
Community ManagerCan you please try power cycling as I mentioned? I'd like to rule out any issues with restarting while your console is in sleep mode.
