I don't know if I fully believe that this year. I have put in 80+ games in franchise mode and yes it does have its issues still.. it is an upgrade from previous years and you can have some cool moments with the conversations (positive and negative outcomes).

Although they may be making some improvements on visuals and out of game action items, the problem is there are so many bugs and glitches in the basic gameplay. Stuff that has existed for 3-4 straight years and they don't bother to even try to fix. The amount of times that I'm in be a pro and come out of a sim between shifts to find a random own goal scored is insane. Just now it happened while I was in the box and the game glitched and left me in the penalty box for the remainder of the game!

It's not by accident. All designed to frustrate you and get you into another game mode.

It's about money and where the extra money comes from. Madden and NBA 2k are worse for this as it has pop ups every time you turn on the game promoting the cards.
It's the fact that they can only work on so much and their focus is going to be on the online parts cause they make more money then the initial purchase.
I believe the only way Be A Pro will get a rework is if it takes on what 2k has where you can buy points to upgrade your player.

I don't think any part of be a pro has been touched since it's inception sadly, which is an issue and continues to be an issue. It's sadly how it works there it's usually a few years online play and one year every few years they work on one offline mode. The sad reality is that HUT, the battle pass, CoD operators and the item store is where the money is for them.
I do agree it's annoying that glitches persist year and year (I know myself personally has made a report on here for a glitch 2 years in a row), I have also found new glitches that were not in prior years but when I'm playing franchise there is no push or mention of HUT like Madden has. That is why the focus is mostly about the online players base and how that has made the game a arcade/ cartoon type experience with low expectation to a true NHL experience (the slower play and less stamina do help this year to make it more a SIM but has hurt the online community from what I have seen).
However, the changes or "additions" they made to franchise mode are refreshing and add more depth to the experience. For someone like myself who was mainly offline only (gave up all online play in NHL 22) there is enough to like there, that has nothing to do with HUT ( I hate that mode with a passion).
