This "feature" has to go. There's nothing more ridiculous than being kicked from your own club (especially as goalie for the auto-loss) for having a bad game.

We need more details on this. You should only be getting kicked if your teamplay grade drops to an F. That happens when you skate out of the net, cause penalties, etc. As always, video/screenshots would help as well.
