Leaderboards and Player progression is not showing players name

Just had a 6s Club game and the Player progression screen didn't show player tags just EA PLAYER.. checked leaderboards and same thing.. posting pictures

    I restarted the game and names are back on the leaderboards

Player Summary showed players name after restart as well
