EA releases broken patch and in 1 week they have done nothing about it. How is this acceptable to them?
Do they have any standards? The game currently feels like early access. It lags, it has missing features, it Desyncs. Hell, some people can't even access the online modes they get error code.
Maybe you should stop releasing the game every year if you can't even maintain it for year.

Absolute joke that a patch breaks the game. Icon passing was a feature you guys were so high on. Now it's gone. You guys still pumping up HUT packs, why cause that's where the real money comes from? This game had no beta this year and this is the product we get. Absolute joke
This game is so glitchy and unresponsive it’s bad. There is only a handful of people on this board that have defended this game. As a person who has been playing this franchise since a child, the last few years have been awful. Unless changes are made to this game I for one will not be buying it next year. It’s the same crap year after year. At this point there is no point in complaining. I imagine that sales have been getting worse and worse and still nothing has been done about it? Maybe we should contact the NHL?
I'll say it again, this is not acceptable. If there is no ETA, then roll it back so we can play the product we purchased.
I bet if the update gave players better pack odds it would get fixed overnight.

Restart server to apply update
Test update
If you find errors. Roll back the update and fix the update before reapplying.

That's like if I bought a $94.59 bowl to use offline in my own time. Someone came into my home smashed the bowl and gave me a plate, and then told me "sorry, it's not that easy to fix, please continue to have soup on this plate, there's no timeline to fix it"
