MIC NOT WORKING
Game says im muted in the bottom right of world of chel, hasnt worked all year and thought it was my mic so i got a new one and still nothing. Ive checked every playstation setting, every chel setting and nothing is working.

Have you checked to make sure the firmware for the controller is up to date?
It is yes ive also used multiple controllers.

Unfortunately, I don't have any other suggestions other than to try using a headset. I know on Xbox you can also use their app on a mobile device for chat. Possibly the PlayStation app has that feature as well?
its not about talking to my friends its about talking to randoms

I'm sorry to say, I don't have any other ideas except to try a headset with a mic.
