Can we please fix clubs and jerseys getting reset everytime we login to the game!!! This has been an issue for months now and no one will addressed it! Your away skater also gets reset with a default head and no name!! Please give us some update or fix to this! Also icon passing is completely broken in the latest update!
Not set to disabled and still not working! Why do you need a video when you guys literally make the game!!? Test it out yourself and see for yourself that it is not working!
Playing wild card online. Guy quits or the game glitches. The screen freezes and the players are glitch spazzing for 5 seconds. It gives me points but doesn't give me the teir 4 wild card 70+ green pack reward. Next game my team is in slow motion and then out of nowhere I got sound effects screaming out of my controller speaker. I lose so fast. I play another game and sound still comes out of the controller and my team Is broken. I van switch players and move at half speed. They won't pass, shoot, poke check. Zero stick movement. I go to manage team and my registered team is now unregistered because i am some how 5 million over. What is this broken crap? Had to change players. I lost every game in a row to teir 7 because online is unplayable now. I have zero defensive capabilities. Nothing works as the other guy is speeding all around effortless split second puck movement dodging my weak slow team. I get the teir 5 and 6 rewards. When I lose again it doesn't give me the teir 7 70+ pack. I go into open it and nothing is there. Leave. Go back in and there is 2 green packs. 1 is faded out and I could not select it. Open the other. And now it is gone. Restart the ps5 and the sound is comming out of the controller again. Which I turned off. My team is completely useless still. it is clear that to finish this broken glitches out hack job of a thing called wild card I am going to have to start the games and lose constantly until the end. Just start the game and put the controller down for the 1000 points.
Community ManagerThanks for reporting this. When you restarted, did you hard restart your console or did you just turn it off and on again? It would be good to follow these steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.
