This is a longstanding known issue even in 3v3. It’s pretty much open season when you get a delayed call. Although not sure how to fix that issue. Multiple penalty shots? No idea.
however the worst thing I have seen was about a week ago playing 3v3. I tripped a player and there was a delayed call. My team and I then attempted to destroy members of the other team. They dodged us and kept the puck in their own zone. Then one of their players tried to pass it back to their goalie, however the goalie had been automatically pulled from the net at the same time and he scored on his own goal. To make it worse, they never got their penalty shot. 😂
