Request to Recover Fantasy Hockey Evgeni Malkin Card in NHL 25 Ultimate Team

Hello EA Help Team,

I'm reaching out for assistance with a mistake that happened while using the X-Factor set in NHL 25 Hockey Ultimate Team. When I used the "autofill" feature, it unexpectedly added my Fantasy Hockey Evgeni Malkin card, which is now rated 75 overall, into the set. I hadn’t realized that his overall had increased and didn’t intend to include this particular card, as I’ve invested a lot of time in creating it.

Collecting the 40 Fantasy Hockey cards for this item was a significant effort, and it’s quite disheartening to lose it due to a simple autofill error. I would really appreciate any help you can provide in recovering my Fantasy Hockey Evgeni Malkin card.

    There should be a feature that allows you to lock certain players from being used in sets other than simply having them in your lineup. A lot of Fantasy Cards cannot be used until their overall rating increases.

    Hi there. I'm very sorry to say, we're not able to replace items that are accidentally submitted into sets. There also is a confirmation button before submitting the set. In the future, make sure you double check the included items so any can be swapped out before submitting.
