Recover account by Player ID

Probably not. Do you still have the old device in some sort of working order? You could link it to google play

It wasn't me, but no... The player exchanged his old device for a new one at the store, so he doesn't have access anymore :(

Sorry, this is only 2016. The technology to play a game cross-platform is still years away. Not even a huge game studio could possibly integrate that function into a billion dollar game.

But , what if i rebooted my device and lost guest account? I have old ally code, and player ID . ist it possible to recover ?

You can only recover your account if your game was linked through GooglePlay or Game Center. Otherwise, you're SOL. I learned that the hard way. I lost my level 80 account and wasn't linked to either game centers when my phone crashed. Even with player ID, EA says it's considered a guest account, but as far as cross platform the answer is no.

They can transfer some stuff over cross-platform as they did with mine. I was playing on a blackberry for the longest time until the new update caused the game to continually crash no matter what I tried so I went out and got myself an android device, they were able to transfer my player level, all my characters along with there * level, however I lost all my used gear and gear level, my allies, my guild, most of my omega's and ability mats. They reimbursement me the best they could but I'm still way short on where I was at :neutral:

Wow....considering the gear grins is probably 70% of the work....I would almost have just taken compensation and start over. But something is better then nothing.
