Smaller EASHL arenas in creation zone

PLEASE allow us to use the smaller non pro arenas from EASHL in the creation zone for custom teams. Some of these arenas would work very nicely when creating college teams or teams from other non professional leagues. They are already in the game, and I feel like we should be able to utilize them more besides just in EASHL.
