3 day ban turns into life ban/ EA help is a joke.

Okay so I have been playing WOC since 24 and used the same account in this game so i got all my clothes and all the character loadouts and skins that I got in 24, in 25. I thought this was awesome. Okay so I had the name [REMOVED] as a joke, this is hockey you gotta expect puck jokes, right? I mean it's not nearly as bad as some of the other names I see out there. But I get a 3 day ban and they took away my ability to change my name at all, so I'm Jordan NHL permanently, frustrating but I can deal with it, really I just want to play the game. But it turns out that this "name lock sanction" or whatever they are calling it has made it so I cannot play at all, i can get on and get into my customization and everything, I can get into a lobby and dressing room and as soon as the game is about to start I get a configuration error. Every time! I have tried EA help at least 7 different times and they make  it so difficult to even live chat with someone waiting and watching your phone for up to 45 min, if it ever even pops up, there is no notification so you have to watch it. They just spin you off on someone else, and tell you that you have to go thru another department... and there is nothing they can do. I'm still dealing with trying to get someone to actually understand what the problem is and try to help resolve it. 

I am not one to report people, I did see someone that had pedophilesk name, it was like [REMOVED] or something messed up like that and i can't stand that kind of thing it's disgusting and wrong, so I did report that person. And no joke I received an email a few days later telling me that they will not be taking action on the openly admitting child **bleep** name, but they will completely take away my ability to play when I've spent hundreds of dollars on loadouts, skins, battlepasses, bamners, and clothes. I pre- ordered the game assuming it would be a new game but it's the same exact game as last year, they haven't changed the outside rinks or any copy names it's sloppy and the game is so glitchy it's frustrating. But I love hockey and I love playing chel with the boys, I played on that account daily. Has anyone else had issues like this or any advice... idk what to do here I've tried EA help so many times and they just keep telling me that they were within their rights to give me the ban and the name sanction
