4nations XP event - unable to pick country

Everything is exactly the same for me. The game froze after the update and I had to reboot

You responded to others about sending a private message, so I did the exact same and haven't heard a response regarding this issue, my game hasnt updated remedying the issue, Still no 4Nations nor NHL Live for a game I payed over a $100. Nor any response overall for the heaps of players with the exact same issue.

Hello, everyone. If you're still having trouble with this, completely close out NHL 25. Make sure it is not still running in the background. Then, turn off your console and unplug it for 2 minutes. Then, wait an hour before launching NHL 25. It appears the this is a cache issue. This should fully clear the cache and let you either pick your nation and have it work as normal going forward or now show the banner and current tier the community has reached.
