4nations XP event - unable to pick country

Hi ,

my kid started the game yesterday and the game started updating . Afterward, the game loaded and a screen showed to pick a country for the 4nations . He didn't know what to do so he closed the game. 

Now, that screen doesn't show anymore, so I can't participate. I have uninstalled, deleted the cache, and reinstalled, but it's still not showing. I noticed that NHL LIVE is not showing on the main page where it show country XP progress.

Any way to fix this ?

    Hello. We're aware that some of you are having the nation select screen come up every time. I'll provide an update when I have one.

    Did you previously get the screen and select a nation, but aren't seeing the current tier?

    Hi EA_Aljo ,

    Selection screen only appeared once and my kid turned the PS5 down without selecting any country ( he didn't know what to do). I have deleted and reinstalled the game, clear the cache. The selection screen will not show up.
