Too whom of my concern

I’ve been playing nhl 25 on my x box since it came out and I seen that there was a free trial on my PlayStation so I linked my account to it and once I tried playing on my x box again I lost all of my progress and the money I’ve devoted to the game. If you could respond with a answer to this it would be much appreciated
