Hi ,my kid started the game yesterday and the game started updating . Afterward, the game loaded and a screen showed to pick a country for the 4nations . He didn't know what to do so he closed the game. Now, that screen doesn't show anymore, so I can't participate. I have uninstalled, deleted the cache, and reinstalled, but it's still not showing. I noticed that NHL LIVE is not showing on the main page where it show country XP progress.Any way to fix this ? Thanks

You responded to others about sending a private message, so I did the exact same and haven't heard a response regarding this issue, my game hasnt updated remedying the issue, Still no 4Nations nor NHL Live for a game I payed over a $100. Nor any response overall for the heaps of players with the exact same issue.

Hello, everyone. If you're still having trouble with this, completely close out NHL 25. Make sure it is not still running in the background. Then, turn off your console and unplug it for 2 minutes. Then, wait an hour before launching NHL 25. It appears the this is a cache issue. This should fully clear the cache and let you either pick your nation and have it work as normal going forward or now show the banner and current tier the community has reached.
