I have the same issue (only that my device is connected to my own old email that I cant access because the provider deleted it permanently due to inactivity)
And the support sends me in a circle....
I thought deleting my old account would help, but the help side says it won't so i need to connect with an advisor. it gives me the link to do that. but then on that page it doesnt show me the option to connect with said advisor but sends me back to the help article I just read - in other words a never ending loop, lol
If anyone knows how to break the cycle that would be greatly appreciated :D
