Can’t play any online game mode. Game configuration fail

It’s a different issue for online versus. I’ve seen this is a known issue specific to the PSN account. I’ve tried clearing my cache and reinstalling the game. Please add me to your investigation.

I tested NHL24 which works fine.

Hi there. Is this only happening in Online Versus for you or is it also occurring in WoC and HUT?

  Hello, it is also happening in WoC. The error there is “game configuration failed”, it was working fine until recently

    There is a fix for this planned to be included in the January update later this month. There are some suggestions here that have had limited success with others. If none of those help, you could try playing on a different account until we have this fixed.
