Can’t load up entire game

I am having an issue where I try to load up NHL 25 but I can’t even get to the main menu without coming across an all white screen with error codes and “can’t resolve host name” and also get a message on the screen from playstation saying “Can’t connect to the server. There might have been a problem connecting to the network, or Playstation Network or the server of the service provider might be temporarily busy”.

It has to be an EA issue because I am able to play other games on my PlayStation, so it’s really aggravating that I’m not able to play a game that came out not too long ago
