I play NHL25 on the Xbox Series S and I am not able to start the game anymore. For about a Week or two, I am not able to open the game anymore. I tried reinstalling the game several times and it didn’t seem to help in anyway. I do not get any error messages, the game just closes itself after the starting screen. I was wrongly suspended for no reason. I was having a nhl25 party with 30 people and spent over $1500 on food and drink. We couldn’t get into nhl25 because I was wrongly suspended and wasted a bunch of the food and drink I bought. I believe compensation of at least 3 million coins is well worth what I went through. I have submitted hundreds of error reports, I am unable to complete games online or offline in HUT. Game freezes and I have to close and submit a report that I assume at this point goes absolutely nowhere. Myself and both my kids are to the point now where it’s unable to be played. The help chat on EA sports was completely useless and told me there was nothing wrong with my account or the download of nhl25…. So there is nothing they can do….. only thing I can think to try is the disk version but I don’t feel it’s fair to purchase the game again when the initial purchase is garbage.123Views0likes11CommentsServer Issues
I have been unable to start the game for 3 days now. Every time I start the game on my PS5 it goes to the title screen, then it tries to load and I get the message that recording is paused because I entered a blocked scene, and then it just crashes and I get a white screen with a black dialogue box that says it cannot connect to the servers.42Views0likes1Comment
