Network connection error
For the last 2 weeks I’ve been unable to connect whenever I try to play nhl 25 on my Xbox series x it just gives the notification in game as soon as I load into the menu even tho my internet works fine even with other online games Ive read some other threads where people have had similar problems and I’ve tried to follow the advice they’d been given. I’ve restarted my Xbox, completely shut it off, unplugged it, cleared my MAC address, removed the game from quick resume, cleared the saved data, deleted and re installed the game and nothing has worked. Restarting the router isn’t an option unfortunately since I live in a college dorm and don’t have access to it. The wifi works fine for everything that’s not a ea sports game but it’s worth mentioning this problem started right when I moved in and started using the wifi here. I also seem to have the same problem with madden 25 but again not any other games besides madden 25 and nhl 25. Would really appreciate some input I’m completely lost on how why or what to do. I’d be grateful for any kind of advice thank you.
NHL 25 - EA Play Trial - Error
I have been messaging with three different ea customer service people still no help. I can not find anyone else to contact, they have sent me here. I have 8 hours and 20 minutes left on my NHL 25 trial. When I go to start and play the game everything works completely fine. Problem occurs when I try to start an online match. When i start an online match I am prompted with "Error: Trial Permissions could not be found for this user" There is a video attached to show what occurs. So its been a couple of days now and every time i try to load into a game of chel 6v6 drop in i always get the same error message “could not load game configuration” when the lobby timer ends and the game is about to start. I have tried my account on two different ps5’s and it gives the same message error on them both. But when i log into another account i have it works with no issue. Also my name for chel is greyed out and i cannot change it.
Can not connect to servers
I play on xbox and have a Xbox series X. Played all day yesterday no issues. Went to log in this morning and says can not connect to EA servers. I have tried all the fixes I have seen on here and nothing has worked. Reset Router, unplug modem to reset, cleared cache on my Xbox, test internet connection speed, network type etc etc. I turned on nhl 24 and connected no issues right away. It's very frustrating that can not play. What other options are there?Ea play trial problem
I downloaded yesterday tye 10 hour trial version with my EAplay and it eorked perfectly. Today when I started to play it again it gives me an error when i try to find online opponent. The erro says that the trial version right couldn’t found. Every troubleshooting steps are done. I play on playstation 5.
