World of chel name stuck as Jordan Nhl after suspension
Hello, in February i was banned from world of chel for 3 days after having an inappropriate name. Well i do admit it was pretty inappropriate and i do understand why i got banned, now my name is stuck as Jordan NHL and i can’t change it. Now you might be asking why am i submitting this form now if i was suspended in february? well thats because i was suspended even longer than it said (it wouldn’t let me play for 3 months) But thats in the past because i’m back. But now, i can’t change my name and i’m pretty disappointed because i want to have a custom name instead of jordan nhl. So please, if anyone knows how to fix it I’ll really appreciate it. I was wrongly suspended for no reason. I was having a nhl25 party with 30 people and spent over $1500 on food and drink. We couldn’t get into nhl25 because I was wrongly suspended and wasted a bunch of the food and drink I bought. I believe compensation of at least 3 million coins is well worth what I went through. I have a little problem. When I go in on nhl 25 and want to play online it comes up on the screen "log in confirmation, to be able to verify your identity we will send a code to your email". The problem is, that email is no longer in service, it's gone, I cant log in to it and its not even my ea accounts email, its only the email the code will be sent to so they can verify me. So now I cant play online because I cant see what the code is and I cant verify and I cant get the code in any other way, not in the phone or anything. When I try to play online an account verification screen shows up. When I click to verify it sends me to another screen with a message saying "You will not be able to use the online features in NHL 2025 unless you creat an EA Account. Go to any online area of the title to try again". When I select online play again it brings me back to the verification screen. It's an endless loop. I managed to get in a live chat after trying to get it to work for over an hour. Extremely frustrating experience. Anyway I tried all of these things suggested by the agent for Xbox Series X. Logging out and logging back in, restarting the console/hard reset, clearing the cache, using an alternate mac address, and changing the password for my EA account. After that the website crashed and I couldn't continue or start a new chat. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I have tried all possible ways to fix this problem from the Internet. I reset the console to factory settings, rebooted the Internet, reinstalled the game, and reconstructed the databases.
