Cant open BND Fantasy 4 nations pack keep getting error code

Made the BND fantasy card and wasnt able to open it just keep getting a Error code I didnt open it right when I got it but I've held on to packs lots and never had this problem . Any ideas what I can try ? Tried to open on 2 consoles
