cant play with friends online , HUT & world of chel

failed to retrieve data everytime i try to matchmaking with a friend .  world of dont work too , CONFIGURATION FAILED .  plz help

Hello. Have you confirmed that everyone has today's update? Check the version of the game to make sure it says 1.3.0. Also, did you hard restart your console?
