Posted two days ago and still nothing from anyone with a fix. I was told in chat that someone on the EA team would look into this if I posted. I’ve heard of this issue being fairly wide spread.

Hello. I was away for the last week and just returned today. Apologies for the late response.
We're not aware of any issues currently. Have you tried the troubleshooting steps here?
Normally, disconnects are a sign of packet loss. Have you spoke with your ISP to see if they are seeing any issues?- OhheySiri2 months agoSeasoned Novice
I spoke to my ISP and they deep a deep diagnosis and I’ve had no interruptions in service. I have been in the help chat 3 times now and they have acknowledged that this is a known issue and it is being worked on but yet you say this is not a known issue. I’ve done every trouble shooting idea your company has provided. It’s my connection to the server and not anything to do with my internet.

This is not a known issue so I don't know why they are telling you this. The best I can do is go through connection troubleshooting. What console are you playing on? Also, what is the NAT setting you're seeing when checking the network settings on your console?

I cannot use any ea games. It says that another email address with "disabled" in the email address is used. Please help reactivate.
