Same here on series X. I want a refund if this isn’t fixed asap. How can this even happen?
edit: could it be that it is conflicting with another account on the Xbox. Let’s say you have 2 profiles on your Xbox. I tried to remove my other account but still no vibration.
Could someone from EA please respond to this? I spoke to someone at EA support and they claim it’s on Xbox supports end to resolve the problem. But I mean the vibration is only off in NHL 25, it’s working in NHL 24 and all other games I have installed.
I swear this is the last game I buy from EA.
