It’s not who searches just me or my brother. Does game sharing affect it at all?

It's possible game sharing could cause this. If you can play fine without each other, that's most likely why.

Try getting rid of all your custom items like your stick, gloves, all your items.  And make sure to cut your hair too

It lets me and my brother play together or me and someone else but as soon as it’s me my brother and someone else one of us gets kicked 

Are you gamesharing with your brother? Also, are you playing on the same network?

Yes we are

It's possible this is related to game sharing. Also, check to see what your NAT setting is. You can find that int he network settings on your Xbox. Is it open moderate or strict?

In that case, chances are excellent this comes down to game sharing. If you have an EA Play/Game Pass subscription,  you should be able to play the trial. You could try creating a new account and activating the trial. If you create the account on the same Xbox as your account with Game Pass, if you have it, it should carry over to the new account.

I don’t think that’s the problem because before the new season we were able to play games and now since the new one we haven’t been able to
