Game Still crashing constantly

Over two weeks ago I posted a thread, as since the game came out I have been crashing out of World of Chel games constantly. After reading up on some suggestions I thought it may be caused by me game sharing as one of the EA forum people had suggested. I have since then cancelled my game share and still having the exact same issues. How has this been happening for months with no real solution in sight? When I asked for an update it was ignored. I have tried every possible fix at this point and it's quite frustrating playing this game continuously as one of the top ranked EASHL 6v6 players in the world while rocking a 10% DNF percentage having not quit one game myself. It is all from this game crashing in the middle of a game. It happens in game, it happens occasionally in the menus but 90% of the time I am in the middle of a game and it just goes back to the dashboard.

    Did this ever get situated? My buddy is going through same thing, never happened in 24 and he just consistently gets kicked out almost every game now. Only in nhl 25

      Far as I have seen across the Forums - No solutions anywhere - I tried again this weekend to play on my Xbox Series X & sure enough 10 minutes into the 1st period. Freeze & back to home screen.. It's like the definition of insanity.

    Feel you big time buddy. I purchased early launch edition & it's been the same home screen / dashboard issue since day one no matter what I have done... It's absolutely sunk me overall

    Hey there. Apologies for missing your previous message. You weren't being intentionally ignored. We still haven't found what is causing this. Are you on a Series X or Series S? Also, if you have a video of the crash, I'll add that to the investigation.

      No problem I understand you guys are all doing the best you can it's just the consistency of the crashing that is extremely frustrating, especially in the higher levels of EASHL. I have a clip I'll have to figure out how to send it on here, will have to do later.

    I also keep crashing no matter the mode I play!!! I have an Xbox series x and no matter which mode I’m playing (mostly offline) came will crash either in first period or before I even load in! This is ridiculous for a game in 2024!

        Hey, I am having a hard time clipping when it happens because it only allows you to clip when you have a game launched, and when it crashes it closes the game entirely so I can't clip anything, wondering if you have some possible tips so I can get you a video.
