When we try to play the game we keep getting the error code “configuration failure” we have gone through all of the trouble shooting procedures multiple times with nothing changing.
I get the error after matching, once I match up to a group it kicks me out with that error message

We have done both of those steps, more than once and it is still giving the same error. I use a ps5
