Xfactor&trait points

https://youtu.be/BUkis-E77m0?si=10ogBF0T7s9kVZQK it's a 6 minute video because I have to sim a bunch but I have nine xfactor to start then I buy two to make it 11 and then I go back to 9 same thing happens with trait points. 

Like this game is so broken it's ridiculous I'm also like a 8 time stanly cup champion and it's still not giving me the storyline to get the make it snappy skill it keeps giving me the lady Bing quest that iv gotten dozens of times. I can't believe people still buy these games nhl25 will probably be the last one I buy.

44-47 seconds you can see i have 11 xfactor points. Then around 6:36-6:44 they disappear  and go back to 9 xfactor 

Thanks. I've reported this to the team. Currently, there is no ETA on a fix. We'll have to wait and see if it's addressed in a future update.

So what they might not fix it? It's a broken game if you can't get all the trait points and xfactor.

Saving trait points is also pointles, everytime season ends your buyed points from activities etc, reset so it is impossible to save for last charisma 7pp talents. Is there fix coming? Btw same problem from 2023 still.  Side note: just finished my 18th year and commentators still blast's me as a rookie 😂
