Community ManagerHi there. I definitely get the frustration with this. Unfortunately, a loss will always be taken if the disconnect comes from someone on your club when it means only one human is left on your side. This is done to prevent people from quitting out of games to avoid taking a loss.
Apologies for jumping in here, I have tried all avenues on getting a response and I am struggling ,
we desperately require an Oceania server for NHL 25, the ping is ridiculously bad, seems to be the only EA game without .
Fair gameplay is non existent here. please 🙏, Oceania server or plug-in or anything.
