Game Still crashing constantly
Over two weeks ago I posted a thread, as since the game came out I have been crashing out of World of Chel games constantly. After reading up on some suggestions I thought it may be caused by me game...

Community ManagerWe don't understand either. It could be hardware related, it could be some very rare combination of events/customizations in the game. It's obviously been a very difficult one to track down. I truly hope we find out what is causing this. I know this would be absolutely frustrating and disappointing.
Can you send me the day/time along with your time zone the next time this happens? We may be able to pull logs for your account. That might help. Are you on a Series X or S?
Also, if you happen to notice any similarities with each crash, let us know. At the moment, this is extremely difficult to reproduce because it's seemingly random and has not crashed for any of us with normal gameplay.
I just had a different type of crash for the first time, it just brought me back to the main menu of nhl25 and said an unexpected error has occurred. This happened at 2:00:08 PM EST. I am on an xbox series x. Sorry I was late seeing this, next time I am sent back to the dashboard I will let you know but I am sure you'll be able to see what games I crashed out of when pulling up my log. Please let me know if there is any other information I can provide to help. Would love to be able to figure this out with you guys.

Hi there. I had the unexpected error one happen last night. Thankfully, it's a very rare crash for most of us. Please let me know if it continues to happen for you. Unfortunately, we can't really tell why it's happening without being able to reproduce it reliably.
