Game Still crashing constantly
Over two weeks ago I posted a thread, as since the game came out I have been crashing out of World of Chel games constantly. After reading up on some suggestions I thought it may be caused by me game...

I just had a different type of crash for the first time, it just brought me back to the main menu of nhl25 and said an unexpected error has occurred. This happened at 2:00:08 PM EST. I am on an xbox series x. Sorry I was late seeing this, next time I am sent back to the dashboard I will let you know but I am sure you'll be able to see what games I crashed out of when pulling up my log. Please let me know if there is any other information I can provide to help. Would love to be able to figure this out with you guys.

Community ManagerHi there. I had the unexpected error one happen last night. Thankfully, it's a very rare crash for most of us. Please let me know if it continues to happen for you. Unfortunately, we can't really tell why it's happening without being able to reproduce it reliably.
It just happened to me now. You have my gamertag so you should be able to see that in our log.

Did you receive an error message or did you just crash to the dashboard?
crash straight to the dashboard, it also happened while playing be a gm last night, and it just happened again now in EASHL. Has been happening non stop since the day the game came out. It doesn't happen on any other game I play, just nhl.
