Game stuck on loading screens while online (PS5)

So somehow, after 50 hours of gameplay my game just stopped working while being online. I can get to main menu when I'm offline and I can play offline game modes, but every time i want to enter HUT, ...

so just adding to this: It seems that after about 15 minutes I can get to HUT menu, but then after playing a rivals game (or doing anything else basically) when I want to come back to HUT menu the freezing starts all over again and I need to wait for another ~15 minutes...

Any ideas what suddenly caused it?

edit: the problem seems to be with my EA account as other ea games (eafc) are also stuck on loading screen.
