Hut season 2 bonus xp stuck 447000

Playing on playstation 5  Bonus xp meter is stuck 447k. The graphic for the Xp meter shows "0 xp to next level"

So essentially the game isn't recording crediting any bonus xp earned. Also, I  have not received any of the bonus level rewards  I've played around 30 games online since this happened,  basically after every online game completed  its a loop of  the" congratulation on reaching next level"    My hope is whatever the issue is will have a timely fix and  an accurate account of  xp points earned be willing reflected
