Hi, yesterday when I was going to go into my be a pro player, but I couldn't find my last saved player, I haven't deleted anything it just disappeared so now I'm on the same player in a lower ranking and fewer matches played. What should I do to get it back?

Community ManagerYou can try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 25. However, It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this. Go to Settings/Storage/System. Locate NHL 25 and delete the saved data.

Community ManagerDid you try downloading again from the cloud? Try restarting NHL 25 to see if that happens. As I mentioned though, it is possible to lose your saved data when following those steps.

Community ManagerIt should automatically download when you load into the game. If it doesn't, that save is gone, unfortunately.
