I can’t finish a game without getting disconnected from the ea servers. It just started yesterday and continued today. I’m P1 level 27 in WOC haven’t had this issue until yesterday. I mainly play 3s drop in. Any other game I play on my PS5 works no issues.
I've tried deleting and reinstalling, and changing my DNS server nothing helps.
Anyone know a solution for this?

Wireless. I can’t do wired because of how far my router is away.
I restarted my router and modem. Disconnected everything and left it for 10 minutes then plugged it all back in and it worked again no problem. Not sure what the issue was.
Community ManagerWith your router that far away, chances are excellent you're going to disconnect and lag so keep that in mind. You may want to look into getting a powerline adaptor. I use a couple of them myself and they're a lot better than being wireless.
Tbh I haven’t had any issues with it being far away. I tend to average 30-70 ping. Obviously depending on how many people are home and on the network. It was weird that all of a sudden I was having issues and only on NHL no other games had an issue

I've only issues with this game constantly disconnecting to the point I'm not buying any more nhl games. Even 2 min periods in squad battles and I get disconnected. I don't recall nhl 24 doing it. My suggestion just give up on the game or go back to nhl 24 or early to see if anyone still plays or the servers are still up. They really put out a bad game this year around.
Community ManagerHave you attempted any connection troubleshooting? We get very few reports of disconnects with NHL 25. Are you on a wired or wireless connection?
