What controllers are you using? Are they the ones that came with your console or are they from a 3rd party company?

I’ve never had any problems in past NHL games or in game in that matter, I use the Xbox pro controller and the ones that come with the console

    Try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 25. To do that, please follow these steps. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this.

    1. Press the Guide button and then highlight the NHL 25 tile
    2. Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it
    3. Go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it

      Sadly, it didn’t work. It’s weird that I’m the only having these issues. Sorry for the trouble

        It sounds like you're switching between skill stick and hybrid. I have not heard from anyone else with this issue. You mention using an Xbox Pro controller. Do you mean the Xbox Elite? If so, are you hitting the button that changes profiles maybe? That's the small one right in the middle under the Menu and View buttons.
