Community ManagerIt sounds like you're switching between skill stick and hybrid. I have not heard from anyone else with this issue. You mention using an Xbox Pro controller. Do you mean the Xbox Elite? If so, are you hitting the button that changes profiles maybe? That's the small one right in the middle under the Menu and View buttons.
If you’re unable to assist me further, please direct me to someone who can. It’s frustrating that EA’s support seems inadequate—rather than providing solutions, one is left without responses. This needs to be resolved.
My son is having this same issue. We did not pre-order the game, have tried plugging in the controller, and other troubleshooting listed here and still not resolved. Have you figured out how to resolve the issue yet?
